Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies quickly and accurately.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to keep satisfaction levels high.
  • Document all interactions with clients in our CRM system for thorough record-keeping and future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service quality is continually improved.
  • Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace the new cultural experience.
