As a Project Manager at Coursedog, you’ll lead customer implementations across our academic operations platform, partnering closely with colleges and universities to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. You’ll own the end-to-end implementation experience — from project planning and coordination to training and go-live — while collaborating with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support. This role balances customer-facing execution with critical thinking and problem-solving, and is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a product-oriented mindset, and is motivated by improving higher education outcomes at scale.

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000-$100,000, depending on experience. The position includes a performance-based variable compensation plan, bringing the total on-target earnings (OTE) to $90,000-$110,000 when goals are met.
