Familiarity with structured project management frameworks and governance practices (e.g., PMBOK or similar standards)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage IT and digital transformation initiatives across the full project life cycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and rollout
Define, align, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring transparency, adaptability, and alignment with business priorities
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery progress
Plan and oversee project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring visibility and timely execution
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, driving mitigation actions and escalation when necessary
Act as a key point of coordination between delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners when applicable
Drive clear project governance, communication, and reporting to ensure informed decision-making and stakeholder alignment
Monitor project budget and resource allocation where applicable, supporting planning and tracking activities
Ensure quality standards are defined and consistently applied across project deliverables
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, and knowledge sharing within the organization
