Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce openings for Slovak Speaking Customer Support Representatives in Sofia. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are fluent in Slovak. In this role, you will assist our Slovak-speaking clients by providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communication.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding our products and services, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and changes to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
