Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Irish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Effectively address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring accurate and helpful information is conveyed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and maintain clear records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide customers with the best support possible.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
