The Data Technician will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data that supports our mission of enhancing scripture engagement and optimizing our outreach initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to global scripture engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and develop data collection strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and protocols.
• Generate reports that provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Assist with the integration of new data sources into existing systems.
• Train and support staff in data management practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with databases and data management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
