Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for a Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in vibrant Sofia. In this role, you will be the face of our client’s customer service team, providing exceptional support to Greek-speaking customers who need assistance with a variety of inquiries related to our products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Greek-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing helpful solutions.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure consistent support and improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to inform customers accurately.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • A capacity for problem-solving and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and able to navigate standard office software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
