At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of both automated and manual test cases. Your primary responsibility will be to define and validate test scenarios, manage risks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in our project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute functional and exploratory tests.
- Implement API and front-end test automation.
- Collaborate within agile teams to enhance quality assurance practices.
- Write comprehensive test scenarios and Test Plans while analyzing technical functional requirements.
- Test APIs and Android devices to ensure seamless performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Document test scenarios with clarity and traceability, supporting the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream.
Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Cypress, Zephyr and Azure.
- Strong technical skills in defining and executing test cases.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Python + Appium.
