Job Description

Switchboard Hiring is looking for a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an established mid-sized B2B SaaS company. Our client is a market leader known for delivering innovative solutions that empower small to medium sized businesses to work more efficiently and strategically. Company details will be provided during your first interview.

In this role, you'll work with the Director of Partnerships in driving strategic partner marketing initiatives with a focus on partner-led events, event activation, and co-marketing execution. This role will help shape strategy while owning execution and project management of partner marketing programs designed to drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen relationships across the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, regional, and global teams to keep partner programs running smoothly and hitting their targets.
  • Take ownership of co-marketing campaign development with channel and technology partners, executing across both digital and field marketing channels.
  • Spearhead partner activations at events, driving brand awareness and creating high-quality joint experiences that resonate with attendees.
  • Establish playbooks, and frameworks that allow partner marketing programs to scale without starting from scratch each time.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner event experience — coordinating pre-event outreach, onsite presence, and structured post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain and refine lead management workflows to ensure partner-sourced leads are properly routed, consistently tracked, and moving efficiently toward conversion.
  • Keep the partner portal optimized and up to date, ensuring partners have easy access to the training, content, and campaign materials they need to succeed.
  • Analyze campaign and event performance data, delivering clear reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience across disciplines such as demand generation, field marketing, integrated campaigns, or event-driven programs.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on partner marketing experience with a clear track record of results.
  • Proven ability to manage the full event lifecycle — from pre-show promotion and onsite execution through post-event lead nurturing and conversion follow-through.
  • History of successfully bringing marketing campaigns to life from initial concept through execution and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep multiple programs moving forward simultaneously without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines.
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travel to support partner events, trade shows, and team engagements.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $130K - $155K
  • Remote + Travel: must be willing to travel to trade shows and partner events as needed
  • Full benefits package
  • Work Authorization: Sponsorship not available. Position only available to those within the US with legal authorization to work.
