AI-Native Chief of Staff

Overview
We are seeking an AI-native Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a fast-growing consumer brand. This highly operational role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems, and is comfortable executing across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities.

As the COO’s force multiplier, you will play a critical role in driving execution across the organization. You will transform ideas into structured action plans, streamline operations, and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is deeply comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate work, automate processes, and improve productivity, with hands-on experience using Claude Code.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the operational right hand to the COO, managing priorities, initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
• Translate ideas, discussions, and strategic priorities into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build, organize, and maintain operational systems in ClickUp to track initiatives, progress, and team accountability.
• Leverage Claude Code and other AI tools to automate workflows, conduct research, and accelerate execution across projects.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
• Prepare leadership briefs, reports, and internal documentation to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively solve problems before they become bottlenecks.
• Ensure alignment across teams and maintain visibility into key projects and priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or founder-level support role.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (required).
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
• Experience using ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
