We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst. The main goal of the role is to analyze and improve business processes to make the organization more efficient and scalable.
In this position, you will identify gaps in existing processes, map current and future workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE), propose improvements and automation opportunities, and support the implementation of these changes across teams.
You will work fairly independently, collaborate with different departments, and directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and increasing overall productivity.
