The Role As a Microsoft Azure Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for 3rd-level support across Azure, DevOps, Terraform, and Infrastructure-As-Code. You'll be embedded in our Managed Services team, owning the health, security, and performance of complex cloud environments for our customers — while helping us continuously improve and automate how we do it.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Delivering 3rd-line support across Microsoft Azure, DevOps & Terraform environments

✅ Monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure — proactively, not reactively

✅ Building and automating IaC deployments for consistency and scale

✅ Collaborating with DevOps teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines

✅ Owning security and compliance across cloud environments

✅ Sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and keeping documentation sharp

What We're Looking For

🔹 Deep hands-on Azure networking experience (VNets, NSGs, Firewall, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Private Link)

🔹 Strong scripting skills — PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep

🔹 Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-As-Code

🔹 Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and Log Analytics

🔹 Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator or DevOps Engineer ideal)

🔹 A communicator who can translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
