Job Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, acting as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to our valued clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring their continued success and identifying opportunities for them to leverage technology more effectively.

Core Accountabilities

  • Holding the Game Plan: Accountable for holding a client's long-term objectives and ensuring the plan is constantly moved forward via quarterly reviews.
  • Strategic Client Partnership: Holding strategic relationships with key decision-makers within assigned client accounts.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and ensuring the retention of assigned accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Identifying and securing opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Proactively engage with assigned clients through regular meetings, calls, and email communications.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Proposal: Conduct thorough needs analyses and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle for upsell opportunities.
  • Client Advocacy & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact, advocating for client needs internally.
  • Account Planning & Review: Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans and conduct regular business reviews.
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate client information and sales pipeline data within the CRM system.
  • Team Mentoring: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to Junior Account Managers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years in account management, sales, or client services, ideally in IT/technology/SaaS.
  • Proven track record in client retention, revenue growth, and account expansion.
  • Skilled in proposal creation, contract negotiation, upselling/cross-selling, and delivering tailored IT solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools for tracking accounts, pipeline management, and reporting on KPIs.
  • Proactive, innovative, accountable, collaborative, and trusted.

Benefits

  • SALARY - Php 55,000 PER MONTH (Negotiable based on work experience)
  • TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), 8 HOURS A DAY (FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
  • WORK SCHEDULE - AUSTRALIA TIME ZONE
  • OBSERVANCE OF PHILIPPINE HOLIDAYS
