Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece, with a paid relocation package included. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive accurate information and timely solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and track issues for follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about products and services to offer effective support and updates to clients.
  • Engage in training sessions to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with various computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
