Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved
- Stay informed about industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
