Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You will also work closely with our sales team to support them in their efforts to close deals and provide a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services and properties

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client databases

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to clients

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field is preferred

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or sales environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed
