Product Education: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for brokers to ensure they understand the value proposition and technical aspects of our identity protection SaaS solution.
Sales Enablement: Create and distribute compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to support brokers in their sales efforts.
Market Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
Client Engagement: Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Market Insights: Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development.
Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for senior leadership.
Core requirements
Industry Experience: 5–7+ years of experience developing and scaling broker or partner-led sales channels in employee benefits platforms, SaaS, or comparable industries
Sales Performance: Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable revenue growth
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements.
Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships
Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proactive mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities
