Project Manager (AU Furniture Manufacturing, WFH)

Job Description

Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience in project management in either Furniture, Construction, Interior design or Architecture industry.
• High level of English (written and verbal), for clear and efficient communication with Australian customers and supplier.
• Can take Project Ownership – from planning to delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Attention to detail
• Customer service skills
• Prior experience using Buildertrend software

What will you do?

Initial Project Setup

• Convert job estimate/quote into Buildertrend excel import
• Job setup in Buildertrend (Project Management Software)
• Submitting RFQs to Suppliers
• Submitting RFIs to Customers
• Facilitating Shop Drawings
• Reading Floor plans/verifying product take-off
• Confirming Project Terms and issuing Deposit Invoice

Project Executing/Management

• Scheduling jobs as per Client Programme (If no programme – create one in partnership with the Client)
• Client Communication - regarding specs, finishes, delivery etc., and variations
• Supplier Communication - regarding product availability/ETA/lead time etc,., pricing, and efficient logistics (lean management)
• Issuing Purchase Orders – with detailed Scope of Works
• Delivery – working closely with Logistics/Installation Supplier to ensure programme is met to 100% quality

Project Closing

• Ensuring job complete to quality (defect free)
• Collecting Project Documents/Photos from Install Supplier (storing in Job Folder)
• Submitting Final Claim/Invoice to client - BUILDERTREND
• Assessing Supplier Invoice – approving/rejecting (notifying supplier) payment - BUILDERTREND
• Buildertrend Final Job check – PO’s, Invoices, Budget, Margins
• Project de-brief to the Sales Team
