We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to help streamline workflows, manage client deliverables, and keep campaigns running on track. This role is built for someone with agency project management experience who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and has a strong handle on organization, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

You will oversee client project timelines, keep account managers aligned, and support analytics and reporting for campaign performance. If you have worked inside a marketing or creative agency and take satisfaction in helping teams deliver their best work, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Project Management and Workflow Tracking

  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client accounts
  • Ensure account managers stay on top of campaign activities and deadlines
  • Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track performance metrics for social media campaigns with a focus on Twitter launches
  • Compile reports and share insights with internal teams and clients
  • Support data-driven decision-making to optimize future campaign performance

Client and Team Coordination

  • Partner with account managers to ensure smooth client communication and delivery
  • Keep creative, strategy, and content teams aligned on project priorities
  • Flag risks, blockers, and missed deadlines and escalate when needed

What You Bring

  • 2 to 4+ years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of keeping projects moving
  • Skilled at building reports, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability across teams
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing or reporting on Twitter campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media growth strategies or content-first campaigns
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion
