Hire Overseas

Technical Project Manager (IT & Infrastructure)

  • Hire Overseas

Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to support delivery of critical infrastructure, security, and internal systems initiatives across a fast-moving AI-native healthcare platform. This is not a generalist PM role. You will work directly alongside engineers and IT leadership to coordinate complex technical workstreams, manage dependencies across teams and vendors, and keep execution visible and accountable at every stage.

The right person for this role has a background in IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations. If your project history lives primarily in marketing campaigns, product launches, or business operations coordination, this role is not the right fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
  • Direct exposure to infrastructure and security work inside an early-stage AI healthcare company
  • High-ownership role where your execution directly determines what ships and when

What You'll Work On

Project Planning and Execution

  • Translate ambiguous executive direction into structured execution plans with clear milestones, ownership, and dependencies
  • Own end-to-end project timelines and drive accountability across stakeholders without being asked
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they become blockers
  • Escalate thoughtfully and with context when situations require leadership input
  • Maintain documentation and visibility systems that enable repeatable, consistent execution

Technical Coordination and Delivery

  • Partner with engineering and IT leads to break technical initiatives into executable project plans
  • Track technical dependencies across infrastructure, vendors, and internal teams
  • Coordinate delivery timelines for technical implementations and rollouts
  • Ensure technical decisions and risks are documented and communicated clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate status across remediation boards and visibility systems so leadership never has to chase updates

Meetings and Communication

  • Lead project meetings and synthesize discussions into clear action items and written summaries
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors throughout delivery
  • Translate engineering and IT progress into plain language updates for leadership and cross-functional partners

Technical Workstreams You Will Own

  • Security remediation programs and infrastructure improvements
  • Cloud environment buildouts and internal platform rollouts
  • Device management initiatives including tablets, endpoints, and related tooling
  • IT tooling implementations and vendor integrations
  • Internal system migrations and operational infrastructure upgrades

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience owning complex cross-functional technical projects
  • Demonstrated background in at least one of the following: IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments without a defined playbook
  • Strong written communication with high attention to detail
  • Track record of driving stakeholders and maintaining accountability without heavy oversight
  • Comfort working directly alongside engineers and IT specialists
  • Ability to understand technical discussions around infrastructure, security, and systems and translate them into clear plans and progress updates
  • High ownership mindset and bias toward action over process

Nice to Have

  • Experience inside a healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industry environment
  • Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance programs such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar
  • Experience managing device management or endpoint rollout programs
  • Background working in an early-stage or high-growth startup

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) walking through a technical project you owned end to end, what the workstream involved, how you managed dependencies and risks, and what the outcome was

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you are a technical project manager who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to keep complex infrastructure work on track, and wants direct impact inside a company building something that matters in healthcare, this role gives you the ownership and the environment to do your best work.
