We’re hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead programs that turn our nonprofit customers into loyal advocates and growth partners. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, product, and sales. You’ll build and scale customer advocacy, lifecycle campaigns, upsell enablement, case studies, and community experiences that drive retention, revenue expansion, and brand affinity.
