As the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Lumos, you will be a core builder of the future of autonomous identity, redefining the market’s expectations for identity and access management solutions in the agentic era. You’ll be at the nexus of product, sales, and the market at large. From owning how we articulate our value, differentiate in a crowded identity landscape, and translate complex capabilities into clarity that moves buyers, you’ll be a senior leader who builds the next leader in identity.

You’ll partner closely with the rest of the marketing organization, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape Lumos’ positioning, run product launches, lead competitive intelligence, build high-impact content, and enable go-to-market teams to win.
