What You'll Actually Do

• Own product features from concept to shipped code.
• Build working prototypes in hours using Cursor and AI-native workflows.
• Design beautiful interfaces without a designer holding your hand.
• Ship features directly to enterprise clients who pay serious money.
• Make product decisions, not just execute orders.
• Work directly with the founder on strategy and vision.
• Build internal tools that make the whole team faster.
• Turn rough ideas into polished features by end of day.
• Use AI to move 3 to 10x faster than traditional development.
• Own the full stack from React frontend to API integration.

What We Are Looking For

• Master of Cursor or equivalent AI-first development environments. This is key.
• Expert level React, Next.js, and Tailwind. Modern stack only.
• Natural design instincts. You ship beautiful UI without Figma handoffs.
• Portfolio of live, working products we can click through and use. No portfolio means no interview.
• Self directed execution. You thrive on goals, not detailed specs.
• API and database fluency. You can wire up backend logic fast.
• Async communication skills. Clear, concise, gets things done.
• Huge plus if you have SaaS or creator economy experience.
• Huge plus if you have YouTube API or analytics platform knowledge.
