Operations Manager, Care Navigator Team

About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Manager to help us grow and scale our Care Navigation offering to align with company goals and to continue to promote the value add of client-facing, access support services. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by leading a small team of project managers and interested in advancing service maturity through encouraging continuous improvement and innovation, managing projects, resource management, maintaining high service quality, meeting customer/client expectations and achieving departmental objectives. You should be a strategic problem solver who is highly organized, isn’t afraid to dive into the details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as a people manager to a small operational team with the following responsibilities: work prioritization, team member delegation, team performance and associated program metrics monitoring
  • Contribute to medium to large sized projects to innovate on new and existing day-to-day care navigation processes or operational workflows through internal tool domain knowledge and familiarity with cross functional tools and workflows
  • Leverage analytics effectively to drive decision making, define objectives, interpret findings, and evaluate project/initiative outcomes and success
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements throughout a project lifecycle in collaboration with Business Analyst or independently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to demonstrate CNT value by delivering consistent results, taking initiative, creative solutioning, being visible and active, and serving as a strong, strategic partner - maintaining our spot at the table
  • Support internal initiatives to build a world-class team

  • Qualifications
  • 8+years of experience with digital health operations, management consulting, or related experiences; some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Highly organized self-starter who excels in driving clarity amidst ambiguity; ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Experience building new programs from scratch
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results with cross-functional partners
  • Facility with data analysis and a metrics driven approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) procedures is ideal
  • Able to distill and communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics
  • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
