Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce Strategy: Define the technical approach in partnership with the Vision New Wearer team, aligning with business goals.

- Act as the sole Salesforce expert, responsible for all SFDC-related decisions and integrations.

- Ensure alignment with architecture and governance teams to maintain compliance and standards.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions using modern design patterns.

- Translate user stories into efficient, well-documented code.

- Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with engineers and QA for end-to-end system understanding.

- Manage technical debt and ensure security compliance.

- Provide ongoing support, including incident management and root cause analysis.

 

Required Skills

- Service Cloud and Sales Cloud expertise.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow.

- Strong integration experience (REST API, Webhook).

- Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB.

- Git-based source code management.

- CI/CD pipeline experience.

- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge.

- Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.

- Fluent English (written and spoken).

- Experienced in get CAB/Governance approvals for proposed technical changes.
