Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize mutual growth and commercial performance.
Coordinate external processes related to cooperation with game providers, including legal, technical, and commercial aspects.
Collaborate with internal departments (Integrations, Technical, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Account Management, and Sales) to ensure smooth partner cooperation and timely delivery of client and provider requests.
Manage multiple negotiations and partnership processes simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Monitor partner performance and support the development of strategies to improve cooperation and business results.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
Proven experience working with aggregators, game providers, operators, or B2B clients.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to balance commercial goals and long-term partner relationships.
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and evaluate partner performance to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
Strong prioritization, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, Russian — native or fluent.
Tools & Analytical Skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and common business tools.
Nice to Have
Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (aggregators, studios, operators, regulatory environments).
