Scope of the Role

The Junior Amazon PPC Specialist will support the management and optimisation of Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maximise return on ad spend. This role will work closely with senior marketplace and marketing team members to execute campaign strategies, monitor performance, and implement optimisations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to develop their expertise in Amazon advertising and marketplace growth.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
  • Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for campaign growth.
  • Assist in managing bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports.
  • Identify underperforming keywords and products and recommend optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon and e-commerce teams to align advertising efforts with product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the testing of new ad formats, keyword strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketplace growth goals.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience managing or assisting with Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Familiarity with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Knowledge of Amazon metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Interest in the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products industry is a plus.
