About our client

Our client is a U.S.-based financial services company specialising in real estate lending. Their technology ecosystem includes a blend of in-house platforms and multiple vendor SaaS tools used across operations, underwriting, and customer-facing workflows.

We are seeking a Junior Product Administrator / Analyst to support the configuration, administration, and daily operations of vendor SaaS applications used by internal teams.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys learning new tools, understanding how systems fit together, and serving as an internal point of contact between engineering, architecture, vendor support, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS administration, product operations, technical support, or implementation roles.
  • Experience managing user access, permissions, and product configurations.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues and coordinating with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving processes or limited documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to investigate issues across systems and workflows.
  • Good communication skills when working with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with CRM or workflow platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools).
  • Exposure to API integrations, automations, or SaaS integrations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product or engineering teams.
  • Prior exposure to financial services, lending platforms, or operations-heavy SaaS tools.
  • Interest in AI tools for improving productivity or analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of multiple vendor SaaS platforms and internal systems, including user access, configuration, and workflow management.
  • Take in operational requests and system issues from business teams, triage them, and work with product managers or developers to resolve them.
  • Configure and maintain user permissions, entitlements, backend settings, and workflow configurations.
  • Troubleshoot product issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate with vendors or internal developers when escalation is required.
  • Support user onboarding, access provisioning, and operational updates for internal teams.
  • Learn the company’s core workflows and technology ecosystem by working closely with the product and engineering teams.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps to improve internal knowledge.
  • Assist with light product analysis as systems integrate with internal platforms (e.g., LOS, reporting tools).

First 90 Days (Success Expectations)

  • First 30 Days
  • Learn the company’s systems, workflows, and SaaS platforms by working closely with the product and engineering teams.
  • Observe how operational requests and bugs are handled and begin assisting with ticket intake and issue triage.
  • Understand the company’s core tools, integrations, and user workflows.

60 Days

  • Begin handling smaller operational requests independently, such as user access provisioning, configuration updates, and minor system troubleshooting.
  • Support documentation of processes, system configurations, and common issues.

90 Days

  • Independently triage and resolve minor configurable issues across systems.
  • Manage user access provisioning and troubleshooting with limited supervision.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s internal workflows, SaaS ecosystem, and operational processes.
