Job Description

Our client is a leading B2B iGaming technology provider delivering scalable platform solutions, turnkey casino products, and white-label services for operators worldwide. Their focus is on long-term technological development, high product stability, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The company works with clients across Europe, Asia, and LATAM, supporting operators through technical integrations, growth strategy, and ongoing account development. Due to active expansion, the company is building a dedicated Account Management function to strengthen partner relationships and drive commercial performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams (Account Managers or Project Managers).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B iGaming (casino, platform, aggregator).
  • Strong understanding of iGaming operations: casino platforms, bonus systems, RTP, player retention, payment flows.
  • Confident experience with performance metrics such as GGR/NGR, traffic quality, user activity, and revenue drivers.
  • Ability to build processes, work with data, and structure tasks.
  • English level B2–C1 (verified during screening unless supported by certificates or relevant education).
  • Confident PC user; experience with CRM systems and analytical tools.
  • Proactive, responsible, stress-resistant, and oriented toward long-term results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience building an Account Management team from scratch.
  • Participation in operator migrations or new market launches.
  • Experience with BI dashboards or analytical platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including communication with C-level stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:
    • Build and scale the Account Management function, including structure, processes, standards, and reporting.
    • Lead the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training, goal-setting, performance reviews, and professional development.
    • Develop internal workflows, SLA standards, escalation paths, and communication guidelines.
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Payments, CRM, BI, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
    • Manage relationships with B2B casino operators, white-label partners, and platform clients.
    • Ensure fulfillment of commercial agreements, SLAs, and partner KPIs.
    • Analyze performance metrics (GGR, NGR, retention, bonus budgets, traffic quality) and identify growth opportunities.
    • Drive product adoption, cross-product promotion, and upsell initiatives.
    • Build retention strategies, reduce churn risk, and increase partner lifetime value.
    • Prepare forecasts, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
    • Collect structured partner feedback and support product roadmap planning.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, partner events, and business meetings.
