Hi there! We are a business that provides unattended retail markets inside apartment buildings across the United States.
Think of a small, self-service store located right in the lobby - stocked with snacks, drinks, ice cream, protein bars, and everyday essentials - where residents can simply grab what they need and check out contactlessly. It’s convenient, simple, and quickly becoming a must-have amenity in modern multifamily buildings.
We started this company because we saw a clear opportunity: apartment residents want easy access to everyday items without leaving their building.
Since launching, we’ve grown quickly and built strong partnerships with property managers and ownership groups. Our team is small, focused, and entrepreneurial, and we’re now expanding our sales team to help bring our markets to more buildings across the country.
We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives on building relationships and turning opportunities into signed partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales conversations, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and is motivated by results and growth.
Your main focus will be converting inbound and warm leads into new partnerships while managing the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement.
In this role, you will:
📞 Manage and prioritize inbound and warm leads while maintaining consistent follow-ups
🤝 Build relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and asset managers
📊 Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
🏢 Coordinate site visits and present tailored proposals to prospective partners
💼 Drive the full sales process from initial inquiry through to signed agreement
📈 Collaborate with founders and operations to move deals forward and close opportunities
This is a full-time role working 8am-5pm EST (6h overlap required)
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need:
✅ 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
✅ Proven track record managing pipelines and closing deals
✅ Strong verbal communication and professional written communication skills
✅ Confidence running sales calls and presenting solutions to clients
✅ Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience selling to U.S. customers
⭐ Experience selling to property managers, ownership groups, or real estate companies
⭐ Background in service-based or solution sales
⭐ Experience coordinating site visits or working cross-functionally with operations teams
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and driven by results. You’re someone who takes full ownership of your pipeline, follows up persistently, and builds genuine relationships with clients. You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly, and are motivated by growth and performance-based rewards.
You’ll report to the Founder and Sales Leader, who previously worked in investment banking before leaving the industry to co-found the company with his brother and build the business from the ground up.
