Hire Overseas

Graphic Designer (eCommerce)

  • Hire Overseas

Job Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with deep eCommerce experience to join a lean growth consultancy embedded directly inside DTC and Shopify brands. We handle paid media, email, CRO, SEO, and AI marketing as a single accountable partner, not a large agency with layers between the work and the results. The designer we bring on will work across every customer touchpoint that drives revenue, from the first ad impression to the post-click landing experience to the email that converts a browser into a buyer.

This is not a brand identity role. It is a performance-focused, output-heavy creative position for a designer who understands how eCommerce actually works.

Why You Will Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive
  • Direct visibility into how your creative work performs
  • Tight feedback loops with a strategist who is in the work with you

What You Will Work On

Email Design and Klaviyo Production

  • Design and build campaign and flow templates directly inside Klaviyo
  • Create layouts optimized for mobile-first rendering and click-through
  • Develop modular email systems that can be reused and adapted across brands
  • Apply hierarchy, spacing, and CTA placement principles that support conversions
  • Produce seasonal campaigns, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, and win-back series

Ad Creative, Static and Video

  • Design static ad creatives for Meta across 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats
  • Edit and produce short-form video ads for Meta placements including Reels and Stories
  • Execute hook-forward creative with strong visual hierarchy and scroll-stopping thumbnails
  • Build ad variants for creative testing and iteration
  • Adapt brand assets into platform-ready formats with proper sizing and export specs

Landing Pages

  • Design conversion-focused landing pages for DTC Shopify brands
  • Produce layouts that guide attention from hero to offer to checkout with minimal friction
  • Reference performance benchmarks from existing pages and apply learnings to new builds
  • Collaborate on copy placement, product photography integration, and social proof sections
  • Deliver design files and production-ready assets that developers or page builders can implement

Workflow and Files

  • Maintain clean file organization, consistent naming conventions, and version control
  • Deliver quickly on fast-turnaround requests without sacrificing output quality
  • Communicate proactively when timelines or scope need to shift
  • Participate in feedback reviews and iterate without needing detailed re-explanation

What You Bring

  • 3 or more years of graphic design experience with a focus on eCommerce or DTC brands
  • Portfolio showing real email templates, ad creatives, and landing page work (not concept projects)
  • Hands-on experience building inside Klaviyo, not just exporting designs for someone else to build
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Working knowledge of Figma or Canva
  • Understanding of what makes ads and emails perform, including hooks, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement
  • Ability to manage multiple brand aesthetics simultaneously without losing consistency within each
  • Availability for overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time during core working hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience working inside Shopify-native page builders such as Replo, Shogun, or similar
  • Familiarity with Meta ad specifications and creative testing frameworks
  • Background working with or inside a growth consultancy, media buying team, or DTC brand in-house
  • Exposure to AI image or video tools used in ad creative production

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A portfolio link showing at least 4 to 6 examples of your work, including email templates, at least one landing page, and ad creatives in both static and video formats
  3. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) walking us through one piece of work you are proud of and why it performed

Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you design with performance in mind, know your way around eCommerce platforms, and can move quickly without being hand-held, this role gives you direct access to the work and direct visibility into the results.
