Job Description

Location: Remote

We are looking for a full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives who serve as the welcoming voice of the business.

In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide service information, generate quotes, and schedule cleaning appointments. You will play an important part in helping customers understand Chem-Dry’s cleaning services while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling & Lead Conversion

  • Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about Chem-Dry cleaning services.
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments whenever possible.

Accurate Quoting & Service Upselling

  • Provide accurate service quotes based on customer needs.
  • Recommend additional services when appropriate.
  • Help customers understand the value of Chem-Dry’s cleaning solutions.

Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Schedule service appointments and update the company calendar.
  • Coordinate appointment availability with technicians.
  • Ensure scheduling information is accurate and up to date.

Customer Issue Resolution & Support

  • Address customer questions, concerns, or service requests.
  • Provide helpful solutions and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.

Post-Service Follow-Up & Loyalty Building

  • Conduct follow-up calls or messages after services are completed.
  • Confirm customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or client-facing roles handling customer inquiries and service requests.

Lead Conversion Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience converting inbound inquiries or leads into scheduled appointments, sales, or service bookings.

Service Quoting Experience
At least 2 years of experience providing quotes or pricing estimates for services or products based on customer needs.

Upselling & Service Recommendations
Minimum 2 years of experience recommending additional services or upselling products during customer interactions.

Post-Service Customer Follow-Up
At least 2 years of experience conducting post-service follow-ups, satisfaction checks, or customer retention activities.

Benefits

Starting salary of $1,250 USD per month during the first 3 months.

After successful completion of the initial 3-month training and onboarding period, the salary increases to $1,500 USD per month.
