Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and accommodation services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide accurate information regarding properties, amenities, and travel tips to enhance customer experiences.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their bookings and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Handle complaints and feedback professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay informed about travel trends and Booking.com services to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address inquiries effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online booking platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Relocation may be required, so a readiness to adapt is a must.
