Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.
  • Support and administer the performance review process, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with managers.
  • Assist leadership with HR policies, procedures, and internal HR initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure proper offboarding procedures, including documentation, system updates, and exit coordination.
  • Support HR reporting and maintain HR documentation standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional, supportive, and structured workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, performance management).
  • Fluent Russian language skills are required; professional English proficiency is also necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a professional Family Office environment.
  • Exposure to international operations and high-level stakeholders.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
