As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing leads, supporting sales conversations, coordinating appointments, and assisting in moving prospects through the pipeline.
This role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sales interactions professionally. While this is not a high-pressure closing role, you are expected to contribute directly to pipeline growth and sales performance.
This position requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours and a minimum English proficiency level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
Schedule appointments for warm leads and confirm attendance.
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and CRM systems.
Maintain consistent communication to move leads through the pipeline.
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper tracking of opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up materials.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
Coordinate between sales representatives and prospects when needed.
Maintain professional and persuasive communication at all times.
Log all interactions in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
Update lead statuses and track pipeline progress.
Maintain organized and accurate sales records.
Support reporting on pipeline activity and performance metrics.
Conduct prospect research to identify potential new leads.
Assist with outbound outreach initiatives.
Support database management and segmentation.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) to draft outreach emails, follow-ups, summaries, and call scripts.
Assist in automating repetitive sales tasks and follow-up sequences.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and response rates.
Minimum English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
Availability during PST business hours.
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and productivity tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
Familiarity with structured sales scripts or call frameworks.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
