Our client is a performance-focused paid media and digital advertising agency that partners with e-commerce, lead gen, and growth-oriented brands to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. They provide a full-service paid ads strategy, creative production, campaign management, tracking setup, and optimization.

Job Summary:

As a Paid Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term partnerships. You will be the focal point with clients, sharing campaign updates, presenting performance insights, and coordinating with internal performance teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery. The role focuses on client retention, account growth opportunities, and providing strong communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs with measurable deliverables.

  • Track and report on Meta Ads campaign performance and present data-driven insights to clients.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, creatives, and content teams to translate client goals into actionable briefs and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery within approved budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience within a marketing agency environment, with solid exposure to client account management.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads performance metrics and reporting, with the ability to analyze campaign results and present clear performance insights to clients.

  • Previous experience with E-commerce or DTC brands.

  • Familiar with Project Management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Slack, Loom, etc.
