Your Responsibilities

As a German-Speaking Customer Experience Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering outstanding service.

Main tasks include:

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat in German

• Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting

• Delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system

• Collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer journey

Candidate Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who enjoy helping people and solving problems.

• Native or near-native German (C1–C2)

• Good English level (B2) for internal communication and training

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
