We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients and potential customers promptly and professionally

- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding our services, products, and policies

- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain a positive relationship with them

- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus

- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
