Location: Athens, Greece (Remote from Athens after training)
Work Model: Remote — work from home in Greece after on-site training

Schedule: Rotative shifts — details confirmed at interview

Contract: Annual contract (automatically renewed 1 January each year)
Salary: Competitive salary × 14 months (full details at interview)

About the Role
Relocate to Athens and work remotely for a major international consumer goods brand, supporting German-speaking customers from home. Teleperformance Greece provides a full relocation package. What You Will Do
- Handle inbound German-language customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information, account support, and aftersales assistance
- Follow structured quality and compliance protocols
- Meet KPIs including CSAT, first contact resolution, and quality scores
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Attend virtual team briefings and training updates
What We Are Looking For
- German mother tongue (spoken and written)
- • Good English communication skills
- EU citizenship or full-purpose work permit valid for Greece
- Valid passport (6 months validity beyond training start)
- Birth certificate with both parents' names (recruiter will guide you)
- Reliable home working setup — stable internet, quiet environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Open to relocating to Athens for the training period
