We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to help embed security across the entire software development and infrastructure lifecycle while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. In this role, you will focus on implementing robust security compliance frameworks, strengthening Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices, and building automated security controls within CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to integrate security checks into development workflows, ensuring that applications and infrastructure remain protected without slowing down delivery. The position involves designing automated security solutions, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, enforcing access control policies, and ensuring adherence to industry compliance standards. As part of a modern DevSecOps environment, you will play a key role in proactively identifying security risks, improving system resilience, and enabling secure software delivery through automation and best practices. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable security systems, automating compliance processes, and strengthening organizational security posture while supporting high-performing engineering teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate security practices and automated controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Implement and manage security compliance frameworks aligned with organizational and industry standards
• Design and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies across infrastructure and applications
• Automate security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validation processes
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for security threats, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations
• Develop and maintain security automation tools to improve threat detection and response
• Work with development teams to implement secure coding practices and application security standards
• Conduct security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analysis to identify and mitigate risks
• Implement infrastructure security controls across cloud platforms and containerized environments
• Support incident response activities and investigate potential security incidents
• Maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to strengthen the organization’s security posture

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, or DevOps with a security focus
• Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and risk management practices
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and access governance
• Experience implementing security automation tools within CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and secure infrastructure architecture
• Experience with vulnerability scanning, threat detection, and security monitoring tools
• Familiarity with container security and cloud-native application environments
• Strong scripting or automation skills for building security processes and workflows
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating security risks
• Excellent communication skills for explaining security concepts to technical stakeholders
