This role focuses on communication, organization, and coordination to ensure each client receives timely and professional support when arranging travel experiences.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also provide updates and assistance when itinerary adjustments, confirmations, or documentation requests arise before, during, and after travel. This role emphasizes service quality, organization, and reliability while supporting clients throughout the planning process.
