Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a growing marketing agency seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategy, campaigns, and team performance. The ideal candidate will oversee digital marketing initiatives, drive client growth, and manage a team of marketing professionals.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can combine marketing strategy, performance marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, content creators, and campaign managers.
• Oversee digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaign allocations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Present marketing insights and reports to leadership and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and teams.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple client accounts or agency environments.
