German Speaking Customer Support - Online Banking & Digital Finance

Job Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated German Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in Online Banking and Digital Finance. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with support and guidance in navigating our online banking services and digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding online banking procedures and digital finance inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and product functionalities, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep thorough records of client interactions within our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address complex issues and enhance service offerings.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in online banking and digital finance to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly within the finance or banking sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries.
• Familiarity with online banking platforms and digital financial products is a plus.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
