In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications and connectivity services.
  • Respond to inquiries related to products, services, accounts, and technical issues with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to track communications and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide effective solutions to customer needs.
  • Stay updated on telecommunications trends and company product offerings to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications or technology sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • A genuine interest in telecommunications and connectivity services.
