Remote | Fraud QA Analyst (India Based) — Up to $11/hr

Job Description

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for Fraud QA Analysts based in India to support a leading AI-driven platform focused on maintaining the integrity and reliability of interview and candidate evaluation processes.

This project focuses on reviewing recorded interviews, identifying technical issues, investigating potential fraud signals, and helping improve systems that detect cheating and external assistance during candidate evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Review recorded interview sessions end-to-end to ensure quality and process integrity
Identify and annotate technical issues such as audio/video glitches or prematurely terminated interviews
Investigate candidate profiles flagged by automated fraud detection systems
Cross-reference candidate claims such as education, employment, and achievements using sources like LinkedIn
Detect subtle indicators of external assistance during interviews, including AI-generated responses or off-camera prompts
Analyze behavioral signals such as eye movement, timing inconsistencies, and unnatural response patterns
Maintain and refine internal documentation of cheating patterns and fraud detection criteria

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

Strong English comprehension and written communication skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn and evaluating professional credentials
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to distinguish genuine knowledge from memorized or superficial answers
Attention to detail when reviewing interview recordings and candidate responses

Nice to Have:

Experience with technical interview processes
Familiarity with AI tools and common misuse patterns
Previous experience in fraud detection, risk operations, or trust & safety roles
