Head of Product, Bloom

Job Description

Bloom is a women's health solution that blends AI and clinical expertise to support women in every stage of life, anytime, anywhere. As a Head of Product for Bloom, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the product that has already changed the lives of thousands of women across the U.S. Your mission will be to lead Bloom's innovative, user-centric product, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that drives high patient engagement and meaningful improvements in women’s health outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2C clinical platform (clinician facing + member facing), ensuring alignment with business goals, member needs, and clinical best practices.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing product team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical experts (Doctors of Physical Therapy, Nurse Practitioners, OB-GYNs and Medical Doctors), design, engineering, marketing, and member support to bring innovative and effective health solutions to market.
  • Use data, research, and feedback from users, clinicians, and other stakeholders to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded in product development from day one.
  • Build, measure, and optimize product performance metrics, including engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the user — clinicians and patients — in strategic decision-making and cross-functional discussions.
  • Create a world-class discovery and experimentation machine: fast iteration cycles, clear hypotheses, instrumented measurement, and decision velocity without compromising safety.

  • What you need to have:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of shipping and scaling B2C digital products, ideally in health, wellness, or a clinical setting.
  • Deep understanding of product strategy, customer development, and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence.
  • Experience working with regulated products or in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to articulate product decisions to technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change.

  • What we would love to see:
  • Experience building products with measurable clinical outcomes or working alongside clinical teams (e.g., physicians, therapists, nurses).
  • Proofs of creativity.
  • Prior startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Technical literacy or background—able to engage deeply with engineering teams.
  • Passion for improving health and empathy for patients and users navigating clinical journeys.
  • Experience in US healthcare tech products.
