We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical implementation for an enterprise AI-powered conversational platform with mathematical optimization and multi-agent systems.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Translate complex business objectives into clear technical specifications for Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers
Facilitate requirements workshops and discovery sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Agile sprints
Design conversational workflows and user interaction patterns for AI agents
Define success metrics, KPIs, and validation criteria for optimization models
Analyze data sources and document integration requirements across multiple systems
Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user expectations
Maintain requirements traceability and manage scope changes throughout the project
Create documentation including business rules, data dictionaries, and functional specifications
Support UAT planning and coordinate testing with business stakeholders
Present requirements, progress updates, and insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Key Qualification:
5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in technology projects
Excellent English communication (C1 or higher - mandatory) - ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders
Strong experience with requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, process mapping, user stories)
Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, Lucidchart)
Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology (user story creation, sprint planning, backlog refinement)
Understanding of API integrations and data flow design
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience creating process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams
SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation
Experience with AI/ML projects or conversational AI systems
Understanding of optimization concepts
Knowledge of data integration patterns and API design
Background in knowledge management or content structuring
Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and acceptance testing
Nice to Have
Experience in media, advertising, or analytics domains
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO, SAFe)
Knowledge of UX/UI principles for conversational interfaces
Understanding of machine learning workflows and model deployment
Experience with stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
