Job Description

We are seeking a Designer, International to support the development and execution of creative assets across global markets. This role will focus on adapting and designing brand campaigns for international audiences across multiple channels, including retail, out-of-home (OOH), digital, and e-commerce.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with strong typography and layout skills who can maintain brand integrity while adapting creative across formats, languages, and markets. You will collaborate closely with Retail, Marketing, and International teams to ensure creative consistency and timely delivery of global assets.

This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys working across a diverse set of creative formats and brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

International Campaign Localization

  • Adapt existing brand campaigns into localized creative for international retail markets
  • Ensure layouts remain elevated, visually cohesive, and aligned with brand guidelines across markets and languages

Retail & Visual Merchandising Design

  • Design retail visual merchandising assets including:
    • Gondolas
    • In-store window placements
    • Retail fixtures
    • In-store promotional activations

Out-of-Home (OOH) Creative

  • Design global OOH creative including:
    • Billboards
    • Subway wraps
    • Wild postings
    • Other high-visibility placements

Brand Collateral & Experiential Design

  • Design brand collateral such as:
    • Event merchandise
    • Signage
    • Experiential marketing materials

E-commerce Creative

  • Create digital assets including:
    • Homepage banners
    • Product detail page (PDP) imagery
    • Promotional graphics
    • Campaign visuals

Video Content Adaptation

  • Edit and adapt video content for:
    • Retail placements
    • Paid social campaigns
    • Digital channels

Brand Consistency

  • Maintain brand integrity and visual consistency across all creative outputs while adapting for language expansion and format constraints

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, and International teams to align creative execution with campaign timelines and brand standards

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or design-led consumer brands
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong typography expertise and visual hierarchy skills
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Figma
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Premiere
  • Experience working within design systems and established brand guidelines
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international retail campaigns
  • Experience designing OOH or experiential marketing assets
  • Background in e-commerce design
  • Experience working with multilingual layouts
