What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant who is responsible for leading client engagements, shaping solution designs, and ensuring that projects are scoped and documented to meet client requirements and organization’s standards. This role combines
client-facing consulting with technical solution expertise, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting the delivery of complex CRM migration and integration projects. The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a key role in ensuring that solutions are feasible, profitable, and aligned with best practices.
What are you expected to do?
Be the primary contact point for all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Maintain current HubSpot product knowledge at all times in order to provide best in class guidance to teams and clients alike.
Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, define objectives, and scope solutions.
Collaborate with clients to document business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Present solution recommendations in a clear and professional manner, building trusted relationships with clients.
Partner with Solutions Architects,designers and developers to createand validate technical solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including requirements, solution outlines and Statements of Work (SoWs).
Ensure all proposed solutions are deliverable, profitable, and aligned with Engaging.io’s standards.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve solution design.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from scoping into implementation.
Provide support during delivery to clarify requirements and maintain solution intent.
Contribute to the development of reusable templates, processes,and best practice assets.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Solutions Consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Act as a subject matter expert in client engagements, supporting complex scoping and design work.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of consulting practices within the team.
You’ll be a great fit if:
You have 4 to 5 years of demonstrable experience leading multiple complex CRM end-to-end migrations and integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem.
You possess well-developed project management skills and a sound understanding of project methodology and best practice.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal approaches.
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have a proven ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decision-making.
You have experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
You are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
You show empathy and commitment to the values of the organisation.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 3-4 weeks:
There will be 2-3 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 3-4 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
