Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.
Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.
Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.
Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews
Requirements
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact database management, launching email campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub and building custom analytics reports within the platform.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.
Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
C1+ level of Russian.
Ability to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Copywriting skills will be a plus.
Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop will be a plus.
